Anna: Hey, Tom. You seem really focused. What’s your secret?
Tom: I’ve started limiting my screen time. I realized I was spending way too much time on my phone.
Anna: Really? How do you keep yourself from getting distracted?
Tom: I turn off unnecessary notifications and use apps that track my screen time. It really helps.
Anna: That sounds smart. I often feel overwhelmed by all the alerts I get.
Tom: You should try it! Also, I set specific times to check social media so it doesn’t interrupt my work.
