Emma (Architect): The building will have a glass facade to make it energy-efficient.

Tom (Contractor): That’s a great idea. Will we need special insulation for that?

Emma: Yes, high-quality insulation to regulate temperature and prevent heat loss.

Tom: I see. What about the trusses? Will they be steel or wood?

Emma: We’ll use steel trusses for better durability. The client wants the building to be as low-maintenance as possible.

Tom: That makes sense. I’ll make sure our supplier delivers the right materials on time.
